Returns, Refunds & Fit Assurance Policy

Thank you  for shopping with The Quite Part Collective. We’re committed to providing a smooth and confident experience with every order. Please read our policies carefully to understand your options.

Return & Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale unless the item is defective.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or personal preference. Instead, we provide Fit Assurance (see below).

If your item is defective or faulty:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@thequitepart.co

  • Include clear photos of the defect and your order number.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • It must be in original packaging with tags intact.

Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of all claims and determine eligibility.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase at no charge.

  • Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 35% fee to cover admin, processing, and production costs.

  • No cancellations will be accepted once the order has shipped or is in final production.
